Terms of Use

The rules for using MSPMap.

The service

MSPMap is a free directory and map of IT service providers. We do not sell, endorse or guarantee any provider. Engagements between customers and providers are solely between them.

Accounts

  • Provide accurate information and keep your credentials private.
  • Provider accounts may list only companies they are authorised to represent.
  • We may suspend accounts or listings that violate these terms.

Reviews

  • Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. Do not post fake, retaliatory, abusive, defamatory or spam reviews, or reviews of a company you work for.
  • Reviews are moderated before publication and may be removed. Providers may respond publicly but cannot edit or delete reviews.
  • MSPMap does not verify that a reviewer was a customer of the reviewed company.

Listings

Listings are reviewed before they become public. Service areas must reflect where the company genuinely provides service. Misleading listings will be removed.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, MSPMap is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
